I Left a canopy up over a couple of days of light rain. The canopy support members failed and the canopy collapsed.

The unit was a few weeks old, but when I called about warranty protection the said that "acts of nature" are not covered by warranty. Needless to say, the customer support was offshore and had the standard "read down the checklist" type of response. If someone had been under the canopy they could have been badly injured. Another canopy was nearby (this canopy was not manufactured by Bravo Sports) and it had no problems.

I have generally had good success with outdoor products, but the company matters. Buyer Beware...
